Visitors to the technology expert’s booth were able to delve into a virtual world: Augmented Reality presentations gave a unique insight into the process chambers of large-scale facilities, where liquids are spray granulated, powders are agglomerated and sensitive substances are encapsulated. Agglomeration is the only process that gives instant beverages such as cappuccino and tea outstanding solubility. Probiotics only remain stable enough to reach the digestive tract with homogenous encapsulation. Spray granulation turns enzymes into compact pellets that are dust-free and easy to dose. Alongside vivid animations of these technologies, various product samples were also made available.
