The current board will retain a controlling interest and will be joined by Richard Chapman from ECI and Chairman Simon Downing from the Civica Group.

Founded in 2008, Edenhouse has grown from a staff of 12 to more than 270 today, and has plans in place to continue growing during the next few years.

CEO Paul Solomon said: “As we look to widen our breath of coverage of the SAP product set and the services we provide, we feel the time is right to introduce external funding to support our ambitious plans.”
