His biography to date includes:

Director of R&D API Pilot Plant (Singapore)– ran an R&D factory with a team of engineers, scientists and operational staff to support API process development and the production of drug substance material for clinical trial use.

Chemistry Development Innovation Lead (Global) – led a portfolio of innovative projects that looked to develop, scale-up and “install” new chemistry routes to replace the established chemistry, in-order save money and/or reduce environmental impact.

Downstream Process Development Team Leader (UK) – led a team of engineers and scientists to develop “downstream” processes from either a fermentation or bio-transformation in-order to achieve an isolated pure target molecule, either drug substance or an intermediate for onward processing.

Downstream Development Scientist (UK) – member of a downstream development team, focussing on fermentation and biotransformation purification science.

Oral Formulation Manufacturing Technologist (UK) – member of a technical support team that focussed on day to day operational manufacturing support, technical transfer, process improvement/development, operational excellence (lean six sigma), GMP, quality and compliance.
